Newton (9/15/19) arrived at Pet Search with littermates in March 2020- they were 6 months old. His littermates were adopted, but Newton never had much interest from possible adopters. Georgie was found as a stray and taken to a high kill dog pound in West Virginia… Pet Search was contacted and asked if we could rescue him, which we happily did! Georgie is a 7 year old treeing walker coonhound weighing around 55 pounds. He is very lovable and playful and would do well with a family that has older children because of his size. Georgie is housebroken and crate trained but needs to get acclimated to a new schedule. He is fine with larger dogs but has not been cat tested

JoJo and Charm are affectionately known as the "Hippo Sisters… they are 4 year old lab terrier mixes with a sweet disposition. They were owner surrenders to the shelter in St Thomas in May 2023. JoJo is 64 pounds and Charm is 67 pounds. They are bonded.,
JoJo and Charm are back and enjoys strolling around d the yard, but occasionally get the zoomies. JoJo is the alpha and Charm is passive. They are fed separately as Jo will eat her food quickly and then run to Charm’s bowl and push her out if the way. They are both spayed , fully vaccinated, microchipped and are heartworm negative. We recommend older children over 6 years because of her size/weight. They are wonderful With other dogs but too focused on cats, so a cat free home is recommended. They are housebroken and crate trained.

Charm is looking for a foster family or foster to adopt situation. Charm recently arrived from St Thomas with her sister JoJo.
Charm is a 4 year old lab terrier with a sweet disposition. She and her sister JoJo were owner surrenders to the shelter in May 2023. Charm is 67 pounds and unfortunately, we needed to separate them because we did not have a foster home that could take both of them.
Charm is laid back and enjoys strolling around d the yard. Charm is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped and is heartworm negative. We recommend older children over 6 years because of her size/weight. She is wonderful
