Hannah

Hannah (4/8/25) was picked up by local Animal Control as a stray..: when no one reported her as missing, she was turned over to Pet Search foster care. She is an American Staffie mix.
This mid size sweetheart who weighs around 50 pounds is an affectionate girl who loves to run in the yard, chase balls, and snuggle when she is ready to settle down with her foster mom.
Hannah is good with other dogs as long as they accept her high energy and playfulness. She will chase cats when they run from her, but does not hurt them. This happy girl just wants to please and is very responsive to a gentle hand and a soft voice. She is eager to learn and has shown in her foster home that she is smart and easy to train.
Hannah is crate trained and housebroken; vaccinated, spayed, 4DX tested and microchipped. She will do well in a family with children.
Someone tossed this gem of a girl away and it was their loss; she can be your new gem!

Max

Meet Max (aka Señor, Señor Snooter, Señor Max) (3 years old) … This handsome beagle has been nicknamed Snooter because his beagle snoot gets him in trouble! Max is 100% beagle, and his antics, snoot, cuddles, cuteness and loud-a$$ beagle bay show this. He is the cuddliest love bug you would ever meet and gives you hugs, his foster mom almost has him trained to give hugs on command. He gets along with the 5 cats and the other 2 dogs at his foster home, but relentlessly chases the cats and has attacked the roaming local resident rooster in the yard. Ideally Max would probably do best as an only dog, but he will adjust to other dogs and cats in the house when given the time, but…. he WILL chase the cats if they run from him, he’s a beagle!
Max does not do well when meeting strange dogs, whether in his house, at a store or on walks. He shows a lot of aggression and if not managed properly, he will attack. He does adjust when properly disciplined and managed.
He loves to be bathed and does very well, but hates his nails touched.
Snooter is a garbage dog. His snoot will lead him to the trash, he will get in it, he will eat whatever nasty stuff is in it. He’ll also get in the bathroom garbage and eat your Kleenex. He’s gross, will roll in stinky stuff and knows he’s bad when he does it….this is why he’s used to baths and thank goodness his foster mom is a groomer. He will steal food right off your plate or off the counter when you’re not looking or paying attention. Again, he’s a beagle and his snooter leads him to trouble. Food cannot be left out, on counters or in open garbage cans.
Señor loves to take walks, go for car rides and will ride in a shopping cart in the store all day long. He loves to say hi to everyone along the way.
He does well with older kids, but is hesitant and will snap when smaller kids or even adults grab, spook or try to reach over top of him. He would need to be introduced when meeting new people. Pet under his head first, not let people reach over him or come at him.
He sleeps all night, cuddles right next to you and fights for that spot as close to you as possible. He then sleeps with his snoot laying and touching you all night. He’s not a bed hog, he will curl up next to you, and as long as he’s close to you he is happy and stays put the entire night. He snores, LOUDLY, like an old man.
Señor is house trained, somewhat. He tends to occasionally pee on the dog bed, could possibly be pee pad trained and that is why he does this? On a regular schedule, he has no issues in the house.
He is trained on a wireless/wired fence. If there is not an electronic fence, he would require a fenced in yard….he’s a beagle, he runs. Max does come when he’s called and knows sit, down and circus. We are working on paw. He does jump up, but mostly only when asked and he’s gentle about it. He loves to run and gets zoomies very often…and is VERY fast.
Señor Max did not have a rough start, or a sad story. He was surrendered by his original owner due to having to leave the country. It was very clear he was loved, cared for and very spoiled and missed his owner very much. He does have a bit of a language barrier right now, Max knows Spanish. But he is learning English commands well and getting much better.
Max is going to do best with an individual or family that understands his beagle breed, is home most all of the time as he’s anxiety ridden when left alone and someone that will be very patient with him. Fenced yard or electric fence is required. No young toddlers or children. Will be ok with other dogs and house cats with the understanding he is a jealous dog and will chase cats.
Señor Max is neutered, microchipped and up to date on all his vaccines and flea/tick treatments.

dulce

Dulce

Dulce is a 14-week-old female puppy who is every bit as sweet as her name suggests. While she might start off a little quiet, her journey from shy observer to playful companion is a joy to witness.
Her Personality
Dulce is a “thinker.” When she meets new people or enters new environments, she prefers to take it all in from a safe distance first. She is looking for a patient family who understands that the best things in life are worth waiting for. Once she feels secure and realizes she is safe, her true puppy spirit shines through.
What She Loves
• Other Dogs: Dulce finds her confidence through her canine friends! She absolutely loves the company of other dogs and relies on them to show her the ropes.
• Toys: Whether it’s a plushie to snuggle or a squeaker to chase, toys are the way to this girl’s heart.
• Quiet Moments: She appreciates a calm environment where she can blossom at her own pace.
The Ideal Home
Dulce would thrive in a home with another confident dog to help her navigate the world. She needs a family committed to positive reinforcement and “slow and steady” introductions. Because she is young and still learning, she will need a home ready for puppy training, socialization, and plenty of snuggle time.

Mavis

Mavis (8/25/24) is a sweet gentle silver tabby that was someone’s family pet. That “someone” dropped off this beautiful girl at one of the pavilions in our local community park during the snow storms and subzero temperature in February 2026. When we were alerted and went to pick her up, her one ear was frostbit. Several days later, the majority of her ear fell off. It does not affect her hearing at all and definitely her wonderful personality.
Mavis is felv/fiv negative, vaccinated and she had been spayed by a previous owner. She is ready for a family that will love and cherish her and protect her from the elements. She is dog and cat friendly.
