Tucker
Hi. My name is Tucker. I am a Shih Tzu mix. I was surrender by my owner as a matted mess. Since coming to Pet Search, I have been shaved and cleaned up. My fur is starting to grow back in, but until that happens, I get to wear a coat. I am currently in a home with several cats and another dog. I like my foster fur siblings. I get to sleep in bed at night with my foster mom and the other fur siblings. I go outside to go potty. I’m a little overweight so mom is watching how much I eat. I really don’t mind because I get to curl up on the couch with her to nap while she works or watches TV. I like it here, but would really like to have a furever home. Cookie
Cookie is a 5-year-old female Chihuahua who is a shy little girl. Cookie and her brother and sisters came to Pet Search through a sister partner. She was one of 15 dogs living in an outdoor shed. Since coming to Pet Search Cookie has been vaccinated, treated for worms and fleas and spayed. She is shy little girl but with the help of her foster home, she is finally coming out of her shell and learning to trust. She is dog friendly but hasn’t been around cats. She is looking for an owner willing to take the time and earn her trust. Willing to invest some time in a shy little girl?

Chico
Chico is a 5-year-old male Chihuahua who is sweet as can be. Chico and his sisters came to Pet Search through a sister partner. He was one of 15 dogs living in an outdoor shed. Since coming to Pet Search Chico has been vaccinated, treated for worms and fleas and neutered. Chico is shy at first but after a few days becomes a playful, full of life pup. He is dog and kid friendly but hasn’t been around cats, although his foster mom thinks he would be fine. If you are looking for a lap dog and shadow, Chico is your guy. Applications can be found at

May
May has come back to Pet Search because her owner passed away. Two years ago, May was an owner surrender to Pet Search through our volunteer Humane Police Officer. May was living in deplorable outside conditions. This sweet, energetic girl is a 4 year Anerican Bulldog who has puppy energy and great kisses. She is housebroken, crate trained and knows basic commands. May is spayed, fully vaccinated and 4 DX tested. She can be dog reactive, so a meet and greet with other dogs is necessary. Rosie
Rosie (12/15/22) was one of 14 cats and kittens living in outbuildings on a farm in Rostraver. (Fayette County). The property has been bought by a developer who will demolishing the buildings and the cats had to be relocated. Although most of the cats had to be trapped to be spayed/neutered to be released to safe locations/farms, Rosie was able to be picked up and placed in a carrier. Rosie is a little shy but adjusting to living back inside.
She has been felv/fiv tested, spayed, wormed, flea treated and microchipped. She is getting acclimated to living in a foster home with dogs.

Willard
Willard has been with Pet Search for awhile, but has been overlooked by many. This handsome boy (9/1/23) has been well socialized with dogs, cats and people!
He is felv/fiv tested, neutered, and microchipped.
He is so happy to sit on your lap, play with other cats, sleep in the sun and bird watch from the front door!
