He was trapped as an older kitten while doing TNR, with the patient work of his foster parents, Spruce is now a fun loving playful cat who would like nothing more than a family of his very own. Spruce is FeLv/FIV negative, fully vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped. He lives in a foster home with both cats and dogs.
