Rafael is a 9 month old male who was rescued with his very young mother and six brothers from having to fend for themselves outdoors. He loves playing with all of his other kitty foster siblings and is a very loving little boy. He loves being pet and will jump in anybody’s lap for snuggles. Raphael has been FELV/FIV tested, neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations and microchipped.
