About

Mateo, a sweet and extremely lovable mixed breed from the Virgin Islands, is about 11 months old, approximately 40 lbs and fully vaccinated, neutered and microchipped. He is high energy, so we recommend a household with a furry playmate and/or a family who would exercise him regularly. He is mostly potty trained and learning to ring a bell to go outside. He is very smart and eager to please but a little skittish around new people, so he needs a patient family. Once he settles in, he would like nothing more than to play tug of war, fetch or fall asleep on your lap. Who can resist those adorable ears?
