Harley is a soulful girl who prefers to “read the room” before diving in. While she’s a little reserved at first meeting, don’t let that fool you—once she knows she’s safe, she is an absolute Velcro dog. She finds her confidence through snacks and scratches, making her a dream for someone who enjoys earning a dog’s trust.
