Hi. Phantom is an island girl all the way from St. Thomas. She was brought in very scared of human touch. Since she has made it here to us, she has found out how much she enjoys being in a family and her stuffed animals. She loves people, but sometimes takes a few minutes to warm up. She loves children, cats and our small dog. She is working on house manners and leash training. She does like to go outside more now than when she first came.
