Hello my name is Amelia! I came from Saint Thomas and traveled to Washington to find my Fur-ever Family. I am a Pittie Vizsla mix with a beautiful copper color. I am a very healthy 45 pounds and 4 1/2 years old. I used to be heartworm positive, but now fully treated and HW negative. I love to walk with the leash and I am always on my best behavior and best of all, I’m crate trained and love spending time there. I truly love quiet time. I also love sitting on laps or laying next to my human on a sofa. I have to admit that I’m a little bit shy but once I get to know you I’m no longer shy. I’ve been through a lot in my short life and need a new family with a lot of patience. Preferably with no small kids, I don’t want anyone to get hurt because of my size.
