Ruffy was an owner surrender to the Humane Society of St Thomas in February 2023. Pet Search personally selected him because of his wonderful disposition as well as the shelter is overfilled to capacity and we knew he was too sweet to live in a crate forever.
“Low rider” dachshund /corgi mix is a 2.5 year old ( 2/28/21) neutered male has a great personality in a small compact body. Ruffy weighs 42 pounds, is fully vaccinated and microchipped. He is heartworm positive with all treatment including retest covered by Pet Search. He is very laid back and is in a foster home with cats and a rambunctious golden retriever pup.
Ruffy is housebroken and crate trained and will make a wonderful addition to a home with children over the age of 6.
