S’mores recently made the trip from St. Thomas to Pet Search. Shortly after arriving, we realized this 1 year old boy “low rider coconut retriever” needed to be seen by our vet. We found out that S’mores is deaf and has seasonal allergies. This sweet boy is finding out how to cope with his deafness and learning how to communicate with people. He is good with other dogs. He is also house trained, crate trained, fully vaccinated, neutered, and microchiped. We recommend no young kids as quick movements scare him, and he reacts by growling and barking until he realizes he is ok and no need to bark and growl.
