Meet Rowan! He was born on 3/30/23 and would love to find his furever home!

Parents are shepherd/boxer (mom) and pit (dad), so estimating approximately 55-60 lbs. He was surrendered to Pet Search with 4 other siblings from HPO in Fayette County. Owner surrender from Connellsville. This was mom’s second litter.

He’s a bit cautious, but is learning to trust and be more confident in his foster home with LOTS of positive reinforcement. He came to the foster home being terrified and hiding in a corner to now walking around the neighborhood. Great with kids age 12 and older (due to being scared if you startle him). Lives with cats and dogs at his foster home and very good with them.

Doing wonderful on leash and great with the sit command. Working on house training and other commands like wait and come.

He is so sweet and would love for someone to show him that people can be good.

He is vaccinated, wormed, flea treated and microchipped. Scheduled for spay/neuter soon.
